Parking: Can fit 2-3 vehicles at the house with additional overflow parking at the front of the park

Access to Ocean Lakes is through the main gate area which is guarded by security 24/7. Please know you must checkin with Ocean Lakes and purchase a car pass for $15 per car/per day to access the park. Express check-in is available and lowers the car pass to $12 a day. If so let us know when you book please. This is not included in the rental.

- Guest must be 25 or older to book and be present the entire stay
