Your stay will include a set of linens and starter supplies:
- Flat sheet and fitted sheet for all beds
- Pillows and pillowcases
- 7 bath towels
- 7 wash clothes
- 1 hand towel for each bathroom
- 1 kitchen hand towel
- 1 kitchen washcloth/sponge
- 1 hand soap per bathroom
- 1 dish detergent bottle
- 1 paper towel roll
- 2 toilet paper per bathroom
- 2-3 trash bags
Access to Ocean Lakes is through the main gate area which is guarded by security 24/7. Please know you must checkin with Ocean Lakes and purchase a car pass for $15 per car/per day to access the park. Express check-in is available if done at least 14 days prior to arrival and lowers the car pass to $12 a day. If so let us know when you book please. The parking pass fee is not included in the rental, it’s a fee that Ocean Lakes collects.
Other things to note:
- Primary renter must be age 25 or older to book and present the entire stay
- Complimentary golf cart is included with your rental. Must be 25 to use golf cart. Please note that a Golf Cart Waiver/Liability agreement must be signed prior to check-in. If golf cart rules are not followed we will remove the golf cart from the property
- Dogs are allowed and require a non-refundable $150/per pet fee
- Non-smoking home: evidence of smoking inside the home will result in a $500 fine plus fee for additional cleaning and remediation
- No events or parties allowed
- Parking for 1-2 vehicles on property with plenty of overflow, secured parking at the front of Ocean Lakes Property
