Your stay will include a set of linens and starter supplies:
- Flat sheet and fitted sheet for all beds
- Pillows and pillowcases
- 4 bath towels
- 4 wash clothes
- 1 hand towel for each bathroom
- 1 kitchen hand towel
- 1 kitchen washcloth/sponge
- 1 hand soap per bathroom
- 1 dish detergent bottle
- 1 paper towel roll
- 2 toilet paper per bathroom
- 2-3 trash bags

AMENITIES
- State park pass included to access both Myrtle Beach State Park and Huntington Beach State Park. It covers the park entry fee for everyone in your vehicle (must be returned to condo at end of stay or a $150 charge will incur)
- Access to gated community pool and sun loungers with provided key card (must be returned or a $100 charge will incur)

Other things to note:
- Primary renter must be age 25 or older to book and present the entire stay
- No pets allowed
- Non-smoking home: evidence of smoking inside the home will result in a $500 fine plus fee for additional cleaning and remediation
- No events or parties allowed
- Parking located right in front of the condo complex
- State park pass is available to use for one vehicle, must be returned to condo upon checkout or will incur a $150 charge
- Missing or lost community pool pass will incur a $100 charge
